As the managing attorney for Law Offices of Bin Li & Associates, PLC, a firm focusing on international business merger and acquisition and business litigation, Mr. Li has represented hundreds of clients in international mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property prosecution, licensing, and transferring, contract drafting and negotiation. Most representative projects include Intel’s Fab 23 in Colorado in 2007, 3H Coal Mine in Tennessee in 2011, Glassair Aviation, LLC in 2012, Torrance Marriott Hotel in 2013, and Eagle Mountain Iron Ore Mine in 2013,LAX Marriott Hotel in 2014, Irvine Hilton in 2016, and Newport Beach Fairmont Hotel in 2017. LAX Marriott Hotel transaction was the largest hotel acquisition in the Los Angeles County in 2014. The total amount of the acquisition exceeds one point two billion US Dollars. As a litigation lawyer, Bin Li and his team has represented over a thousand of corporate clients in their lawsuits, mediation, and arbitration from commercial debt collection, shareholder disputes, intellectual property infringements, contract disputes from both plaintiff and defendant sides with the stake up to nine figures. The most well-known litigation clients include China Lucky Film Corporation, Jiangsu High Hope Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Maolong from China, Diophy, Inc., Goldenvale, Inc., and Green Wood Co. Ltd. The recovered remedies and prevented damages have been mounted to more than 400 million US Dollars. Graduated from Fudan University, China, a Chinese ivy-league university, Mr. Li earned his Master Degree from CSULB and Jurisprudence Doctor Degree from Southwestern University School of Law in the United States. As a certified member of the California Bar, Mr. Li externed for federal court judge, the Honorable Ronald Lew, and is certified to appear in California Superior Court, California Court of Appeal, Federal District Court and the 9th Circuit Court.
