Chester Chong
I grew up in Hong Kong and have been moved to U.S. since 1982. When I was young, I joined a lot of curriculums and community activities that I obtained much experience in leadership programs. From 1988 to present , I joined Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles as a director of the board and was elected as

As an organization leader, I experienced that the core of Chamber is working together means winning together; to move the Chamber to more success, cultural exchange mission is important, as it would eliminate the discrepancies among nations. I have traveled across five continents, organizational cultures will influence the organizations bearing the positive attitude in developing the organizational commitment that will value the future organizations’ co-operation.
From 1992 to 1999 Joined the Search and Rescue Team of the Auxiliary U.S. Air Force Unit and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Reserve Deputy Force, I learnt the worth of the life.
